Replacement Guarantee
The people at Big Save are committed to ensuring you are a happy satisfied customer. If within 7 days, or 21 days for bed purchases, you are not happy with your furniture bought from Big Save we guarantee to replace the furniture of your choice. Furniture must be priced the same as the original. Offer does not apply to custom orders. For hygiene reasons, an OmniGuard Advance 5-sided mattress protector must be purchased with beds to qualify.
All Big Save’s furniture comes with an unconditional 2 year Structural Warranty. In addition, all Big Save’s leather furniture is guaranteed for 5 years.
